The Download is a Unity build for Windows, Intel Mac or Linux

For Windows: Unpack the Zip and Execute the .exe file in the unpacked folder.
For Linux: Unpack the Zip and Click on the Executable file. Maybe you'll have to do 'chmod +x' on the file first.
